Regulations on fixing the bottom film:
The width of the bottom membrane shall be greater than 1/3 of the circumference of the original pipeline, and the length is recommended to be 500mm longer than the original pipeline. If it can be extended to the ground, it is better. The backing membrane shall not be broken and accumulated during the pulling process.
After the bottom membrane is pulled to the end, it shall be fixed firmly with a wooden square and other items and shall be fixed at the opposite nozzle as far as possible to reserve enough space for the following operations.
Drag liner material: the material head is locked:
Before the materials are taken out of the wooden box, a cloth about 3M wide and 7-8m long shall be laid on the ground in advance to protect the materials. Place the material on the cloth when taking it out.
1. The material shall be horizontally folded in half to an appropriate width, about one-third, and then vertically folded in half by 50 cm (the length of the longitudinal folding can be adjusted appropriately according to the site conditions).
2. Fold the lifting belt in the middle, and wrap the folded material head with a rope tightener until it cannot fall off (the metal buckle is placed in the middle of the upper part).
And wrap it with adhesive tape.
Finally, link the material pulling rope with the lifting belt with shackles and lock it firmly. If the material is long or large, a universal shaft needs to be added in the middle. (universal shaft must be added when dragging materials with steel wire rope.)
