The number of personnel per shift:
It is suggested that there should be 10 persons, including one for overall process control, one for main equipment operation, and two for the bottom hole. Everyone should be proficient in the assembly of light chains, binding, binding, and other processes.
In addition, when dragging materials, there shall be one person at the bottom of the well, at least four at the beginning, and two at the end if there is a winch. If there is no winch, more manpower is required to pull materials.
In addition, the whole process can be controlled in about 6-8 hours from the completion of pretreatment to the completion of curing.
Jobsite needs:
1. One hoist of more than 3 tons, including steel wire rope of more than 150m. It is best to adjust the speed. The slower the speed cannot be adjusted, the better.
2. Light curing hose material, bottom film, binding cloth, and lamp film.
3. Ten 1.5-inch and two-inch ties respectively. Buy better and stronger tensioners.
4. Two small water pumps are used to pump water in the well chamber, or two Self-priming pumps.
5. Four interphones, two batteries for field communication.
6. Non woven fabric or thick carpet 3m*5m, laid on the ground to protect materials
7. Square timber 50-80cm, ready to be dried.
8. Several vises are used to fine-tune and fix materials at the bottom of the well.
9. Lifting lugs, 2 for towing materials.
10. One 750W axial flow fan is used for forced ventilation of the well chamber.
11. 4-angle grinders with several cutting blades. It is recommended to use compressed air power.
12. Two traction ropes of 8mm and more than 100m are used to drag the bottom film and steel wire rope.
13. Portable power distribution box is used to supply power to the axial flow fan, small water pump, angle grinder and well lighting fixtures.
14. Several respirators or respirators with filters and goggles.
15. There are several cotton gloves, which are only used for changing bulbs. There are several rubber gloves.
16. One section of the 10m air duct is equipped with a D65 fire connector, and two sections are prepared.
17. 10m hose with 1-inch air compressor connector and air release valve at the other end.
